In one of the nation’s fastest-growing residential markets, Turnberry Place stands above the rest. The high-profile complex of four 40-story towers encircling an exclusive private club offers homeowners the ultimate in luxury living, plus panoramic views of Las Vegas
From the moment Turnberry residents and guests arrive at the stately entry gate, they experience attentive, personal service. Securitas professionals warmly greet arrivals, often by name, as they register vehicles and provide stringent, around-the-clock access control.
“The Securitas employees here are more than just security officers,” says Mike Saye, general manager of The Stirling Club at Turnberry Place. “They are security ‘concierges’ who make our members and guests feel welcome and offer assistance when needed.”
All owners of the 777 Turnberry Place residential units, each valued from $600,000 to more than $5 million, are members of The Stirling Club, a popular setting for meetings, recreation and fine dining. The $45 million club features a 30,000-square-foot, European-style spa and fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, clay-surface tennis courts and a variety of areas for entertaining.
Weekly business networking meetings and large private events often are held at the club, including a recent party during NBA All-Star Weekend attended by professional athletes, celebrities and friends of an NBA star and Turnberry Place homeowner. The club also hosts several large events each year, including an industry association meeting attended by more than 2,100 people.
Residents are required to provide Securitas with advance notification of expected guests, and additional security officers are scheduled to expedite the processing of arrivals when needed.
“Securitas Account Manager Bill Combado is fully integrated with The Stirling Club and the Master Association management as we plan and prepare for events,” Saye adds. “He contributes in many ways to the overall success of the property.”
Behind the scenes, the Securitas team monitors the CCTV system that records activity in public areas, and staffs the fire command center, where officers receive fire and elevator alarms dispatch emergency services. Foot patrols of the property are conducted after-hours, with officers documenting their rounds with Securitas’ ToCo® tour confirmation system.
“Turnberry Place is the second or third home for the majority of our residents, and many of them travel extensively, so safety and security are high priorities here,” Saye explains. “We are continually impressed with the high level of service Securitas provides.”
