Budasquare Offices in Hungary

Budasquare Offices are situated in one of the busiest parts the 3rd District in Budapest. Recently, there has been a change of ownership; even so, the new owner – having taken a close look at the quality of the services provided by Securitas – has left responsibility for protecting the building in our hands.

The offices are one of the larger office buildings in Budapest: it has some 2000 m2 of floor space on six stories and accommodates numerous companies and offices. Securitas staff is responsible for carrying out reception duties, so they are the first point-of-contact for visitors to the building:  just one reason why their knowledge of foreign languages comes in handy. They provide information and give directions when visitors arrive and their tasks include distributing the post on a daily basis, looking after the keys and recording expenditure and revenue. Naturally, they also take care of the parking facilities, just as they handle the response to the fire alarm system.

The new owner of the Budasquare Offices has the following opinion of the quality of the work carried out by Securitas staff:

“When I took over the offices, the people working here did not know me personally. This gave me the perfect opportunity to see how Securitas staff treat visiting clients when they arrive… and I have to say I was really surprised: the receptionists were very pleasant and they were able to answer any questions and the staff looking after the parking facilities were able to offer practical advice... since then, I have had plenty of opportunity to find out what a great team I have here looking after my building.
