Annual General Meeting 2008

The Annual General Meeting of Securitas AB (publ), was held on April 17, 2008, at Grand Hotel in Stockholm.

The following was resolved on:

• Nomination Committee
• Dividend 
• Guidelines for remuneration to management

President and CEO Alf Göransson reported on Securitas administration during the year 2007 and commented further work within Securitas.
