At Securitas, our security officers are responsible for protecting both goods and people on the customers’ premises. In order to deliver customized security services, you must be ready to act and take initiative in any situation that might involve risk.
Teamwork
Teamwork is important for Securitas’ employees. We must adjust our security services to fit changes in our customers’ security needs. This requires good teamwork between Securitas and the customer, and between the people within the team.
Challenging locations
We can offer you opportunities to work at interesting and challenging locations. Due to the specialized services that Securitas provides, we have people working in different customer segments in various positions. This includes hospitals, retail businesses, airports, banks, industries, construction sites, public transportation and institutions.
Flat organization
The core of Securitas' operational organization is the branch, which is led by a manager who has the responsibility and authority to run his or her own operation. The branch structure is divided into geographic and specific market segments. This allows Securitas to do business as quickly and independently as possible. The branches are also organized into areas and countries.
