On August 22, 2008, Securitas Canada initiated an online recruitment system to facilitate hiring for different jobs in the security field.

Some of the advantages of this online system are:

- An increase in the number of job applications: statistics show that the number of candidates has doubled since the online system was initiated last August.

- The administration of psychometric tests: candidates must respond to situation scenarios directly related to a security agent’s daily tasks.

- Better management of applications: our Human Resources management team has been trained to use this new system. The initiation of the system has helped standardize procedures, thus ensuring that the best candidates possible are hired.
